Sending access

Sending access: A key that sends and reads what it sent. It cannot edit the account.

permission sending_access can send and can read the messages that key sent. It cannot mint keys, edit domains, or change contacts, suppressions, templates or segments. Hand this to an agent.

It does not include inbound:read. Receiving mail at your own domain is not open yet, and a sending key would not gain that read if it were. The management key is full access.

  • MCP scope — A permission granted to a connected assistant. Sending spends the budget on that connection.
