The fix, and the call it names

The fix names GET /domains/{id} for the TXT value to publish, then POST /domains/{id}/verify. Replace the DKIM TXT at the selector the domain was issued. Do not invent a second selector. retryable is false, so another send does not repair the record. GET /domains/{id} shows the row and its status after the verify call.
