What does inbound_verdict review mean?

inbound_verdict review means the message carries a signal a person should read before an agent follows the body. The label is clear, review, or unavailable. The text stays data.

What review is naming

GET /emails/receiving/{id} returns inbound_verdict with verdict and reasons. GET /emails/receiving carries verdict on each row. email.received carries the same object, and POST /webhooks is how you subscribe to it.

A review reason is one of these, in the words a person can check:

• The body tells an assistant to drop earlier instructions, or to take a new role.
• The body addresses an assistant as an AI, or mentions a system prompt.
• The body tells an assistant to hide something from the person, or part of the body is hidden from a person reading it.
• The body asks for a key, a password, or credentials, or asks for the mail to be sent on.
• The body contains a long encoded block, or markup that marks a system role.
• Reply-To is a different address from From, and the body asks for an action.

unavailable is not a judgment. It is a bounce, a message with no text, or a message larger than 256 KB. Nothing in the label is followed.
