Broadcasts

A broadcast is one message to the contacts in one segment. The list shows whether it is a draft, scheduled, sending, sent or failed, the time it is set for, the segment, and the counts.

What you can send

The From address has to be on a domain that has finished verification. The body is markdown you write in the form, or a template that already has a published version. A schedule is optional. Send now asks you to confirm, and the confirmation names how many contacts are in the segment.

While it is scheduled

Cancel is available only while the broadcast is scheduled. Cancel returns it to a draft and clears the time. Archive hides a finished broadcast; the same control restores it.

After it sends

The detail page lists each address and what happened: sent, skipped with the reason, or bounced. A skipped address was not delivered, and the reason says which rule stopped it.
