Appeal

Appeal: A request for a person to review a pause or a sandbox. Filing it does not resume sending.

POST /trust/appeal files the review. Read GET /trust/standing first so the request names the reason. Filing the appeal does not move standing back to ok, and it does not lift a sandbox.

A person decides it. Retrying the send while the account is paused returns the same refusal.
