Hard bounce

A hard bounce means the receiving server says the address does not exist. It is permanent. The address is placed on the suppression list, and a later send to it is refused.

Remove the address where you store it, so the same list does not keep producing the bounce. The class list on /docs is the same four classes, under Bounce classes.
