Soft bounce

Soft bounce: A temporary refusal. The message can be tried again later.

A soft bounce is temporary. The mailbox is full, the receiver greylisted the message, or the receiver was briefly unavailable. Nothing is removed from your list for one of these.

We retry it. It becomes your problem when the same address keeps soft-bouncing for days, and it is then treated as a hard bounce.
