Policy bounce

Policy bounce: The address is real. This message was refused for size, an attachment, or suppression.

A policy bounce means the address is real and the receiver would take mail from you, but not this message. The cause is size, an attachment type, or our suppression list.

Shrink the message or drop the attachment and send again. A suppression reason is an address you can inspect, not a dead mailbox. It is not a hard bounce.
