Confirm to the person who scheduled an email when it will go out, and where to change or cancel it.
A handler for email.scheduled is the place this mail usually goes out.

Variables
Every placeholder is required. A send that omits one is refused with that name, rather than going out with a blank.
scheduled_to(string, required). Who the scheduled email is addressed to.scheduled_subject(string, required). The scheduled email’s subject line.send_at(string, required). When it goes out, formatted for the reader with its time zone.manage_url(string, required). An https link to where the person changes or cancels it.

Call publish_template with the id POST /templates returned. Publishing again makes the next version. A version that already went out does not change.
