Overage

Overage: Emails past the inclusion, only when you have turned them on and set a ceiling.

Sends stop when the plan inclusion is spent. Nothing is auto-charged. Overage starts only after you turn it on and set a ceiling, in multiples of the inclusion up to 10 times.

A key's own budget period still applies while overage is on. Overage does not raise a key, and it does not mail anyone the key was not already going to mail.
